Great place to stay with great service! Staff was very friendly! Everything was pretty accommodating however the bed was a bit on the firmer side and for me was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in.

Clean, practical, well located. Ideal to attend an event in San Siro and to go to the city center. A few steps away from the metro and the tram. Easy parking in the area Nothing, it was exactly what we needed

The location is good. The stuff at the reception was wonderful. The hotel is old the room old,, the breakfast was pretty bad and terrible coffee!

Staff is very nice and attentive, which is not always the case in Italy. I had a slight medical emergency and when I came back from the hospital they asked me how I am. I loved this attention to detail! Rooms are decent and what you can expect, breakfast is good, also they have a good coffee machine. Recommended place to stay! I wish they had more hotel parking spots.

The reception team was really nice, actually this was the best experience in the hotel Air conditioner was not operating well

Location The elevator is small, the key are huge old key that you have to handover every time you go out

There was a bug in my room and the furniture needed to be renewed

The price was reasonable. Breakfast was included and very good selections of different foods. Complementary coffee and espresso in the lobby. They prepared us breakfast for the last day we had an early flight. Service was great and provided immediately. Nice and clean modern hotel.

The room key is kinda cute - old style, but cute... Breakfast was good. Room was nice. Disposable slippers were provided. Free water provided in the fridge was only good for one hotel guest, we were 2 registered guests. As above ? Again, cotton earbuds provided in a small box was for only 1 person. It would be nicer if there would have been some tissues provided instead of some small towels which were hanged on top of the "butt washer". Bathroom door was squeaking (room 112). Phone wasnt working...

We were in town for a conference at the nearby MiCo. The hotel is close to the convention center, which made it a great base of operations. The staff is amazing. Breakfast is good, but needs more variation.

Professionally run hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable good sized room, good bed, nice balcony, good amenities. Very good varied buffet breakfast. Tram near the hotel which took you most places. Train a ten minute walk. Really important was it was very quiet, I’m a light sleeper, I heard nothing. The shower head was a huge rain shower that did not move. So you got drenched.

Location was quite close to metro , tram and subway. There is too much noise in the rooms facing the main road.

Great location! Couple of minutes from metro station, also old authentic trams are available. We were walking to the main sightseeings at waking distance is quite ok. The room was comfortable and clean, team is very welcoming and helpful, breakfast was great!

Location is amazing, clean, outstanding customer service. If there is a gym in the hotel would be great.
