Superb

Clean, pretty close to the U-station Internet in the room was too weak to non (first floor) Blanket was old and has a hole in it, the sheet, which should cover the blanket was opened from the both sides, what was so annoying at night and becomes three pisces. The cleaning stuff were very nice, but they had to clean the room anyway and nocked the door many times in the early morning, like they pushing you to wake up, and feel guilty to be in your room. The isolation, if the residents wouldn’t be relatively quiet, would be a problem hearing noises specially through the air condition.

We drove to Milan by car, and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the private parking advertised among its amenities. Unfortunately, the problems began as soon as we checked in: the private car park was full, and there was no possibility of leaving our car in a secure parking space. We had to park on the street, which was expensive and made us feel uneasy about the safety of the car. The friendly receptionist told us that we had received a room upgrade, so we were expecting something nice. Instead, the room was very disappointing. It was dirty, and the carpet was covered with old and unsightly stains. The refrigerator was not working, and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. The conditioner bottle remained empty throughout our entire stay and was never refilled. The shower was old, with damaged and dirty rubber seals. The sofa bed for the children was also dirty and damaged. We stayed on the fifth floor, but only one lift was working, while the second one was out of service. Of all the hotels we have stayed in around the world, this was one of our most disappointing experiences.

The bed was very comfortable and with blackout curtains we had a good sleep. Good reception team. We also loved the playground right next to our hotel. It was perfect with 6 years old. The breakfast staff was not friendly at all. I would say they were rude especially one woman. It was not pleasant at all

I liked that it was close to the station, China town and quite central. The receptionist were really helpful always. The furniture is very out dated, mattress completely springs (same in both rooms), the mini sofa really felt dirty and also worn out. It’s just very outdated. My non smoker room smells like someone’s been smoking in there.

2 pillows, location, service 5 days the same breakfast. Should be more salads and a litlle different choises

Room was comfortable and facilities were great for 4 star level. Location is just a stone throw from metro . Area is also great. Staff was very helpful. I needed to receive a pack and they also facilitated that for me.

The room was very clean and tidy upon arrival. A/C was fixed to 21C and the room was cool throughout the whole stay despite the heatwave. Beds were comfortable and the room was quite spacious. Location was very good, the quiet Gerusalemme disctrict was welcoming and calm, with Metro stop right next to the hotel. Security deposit box didnt work. The breakfast could have a bit better selection for salads and bread.

Have few problems with the bathroom water and shower and flood Into the room but immediately change other room
