breakfast had a low variety of food. the refrigerator on the bedroom did not work.

Kind staff. The hotel was noisy. Loud music could be heard from other rooms. I could hear annoying noises around midnight with guests slamming doors and drawers. The cleaning staff was noisy from 8 am. All this made difficult to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast advirtised until 10 am but the buffet was cleared away at 9:45 am.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Reception is open 24/7 with keyes left at reception. The room was extremely clean upon our arrival with daily housekeeping service (beds made, sweeping, trash taken, towels replaced every 1-2 days). Free water daily and mini fridge made our stay extremely pleasant during the hot weather. Wifi worked great! Location was a bit far from main center and attractions but several bus and metro stops were nearby which made it extremely easy to navigate city!

The room was exactly as advertised and was good for a short stay. It was fairly well-equipped with air-conditioning, a mini fridge and storage space. there are bus/tram stops nearby, making it easy and convenient to get into the city. The hair dryer in the bathroom was broken (but the staff at the front desk kindly lent us one) and the wifi didn't seem to work.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff appeared unprofessional and did not adequately address the issues we reported. The room was in very poor condition. The mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable, the shower leaked from multiple places, and the toilet flush was broken. We had originally booked two separate nights, as we were traveling to another destination for four days in between our stays. After our first night, we reported all of these issues and asked for them to be resolved before our return. Unfortunately, when we came back, none of the problems had been fixed. To make matters worse, we were assigned the exact same room with the same unresolved issues. When we requested a different room, we were moved to one that was even worse, with a very strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the room. Considering the price charged for the stay, the overall quality and condition of the rooms were completely unacceptable. The hotel is significantly overpriced for what it offers, and the level of comfort and service falls far below what one would reasonably expect. Overall, the lack of maintenance, poor communication, and failure to address guest concerns made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel

Good location, close to the city center by tram, friendly staff. Early morning noise due to construction works in the hotel, sound insulation minimal.

Nice place I like it

I appreciated cleanliness of the room. Breakfasts were very tasty and abundant. The room was very quiet as for the centre of the city. I liked everything :>

The staff was professional and provided free water. Many things were bad. The location is very far from the city center, and the room felt like a prison. The air conditioning didn’t work, the Wi-Fi was slow, and overall everything was poor. This really ruined my experience in Milan. I probably won’t come back to Milan because of this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. Our breakfast was GREAT and definitely worth what we paid. The bed was uncomfortable and we had trouble sleeping. The location was a looong bus ride from sightseeing. We had trouble navigating to the city center in a timely manner.

Had to turn your keys in when you left the property, but sometimes had to wait for staff, not long but did cause us to miss a bus. A few times we came back and our room and the hallway smelled really heavily of smoke (we are non-smokers).

reception staff was great, especially the blond lady was exceptional helpful. breakfast with 15Euro for two was a great deal

The rooms were good just like normal and clean The booking said breakfast was included but we had to pay at the premises again. The evening receptionist was horrible. Got home at 6 pm and he had lock the front door we had to wait for couple of minutes after pressing the bell several times before he opened. Also he over charged me for a breakfast for 2 people which was supposed to be 15 euro he took 20 euros. I paid 15 euros prior and he said it was 20 euros which I asked the morning receptionist and she confirmed that it wasn’t 20 euros but 15 euros. He was being called to clarify the situation but didn’t pick up his phone.
