Amazing as always! Staying only here when coming to Milan

Spacious room with functional AC. The staff was extremely pleasant as well and helped me when I was struggling. Only reason I gave it 9 stars was because there was construction occurring when I was trying to rest (I was resting in the middle of the day in between check in and out so I will give them that)

The staff was incredibly kind and friendly! I had a suite on an upper floor and it was cozy, clean, and calming. I was only there one night but would love to come back and stay longer.

I was comfortably moved to a larger room at no charge. Very efficient rate.

Location is good close to central station Air cobditionibg is the worst, its soooo bad. The hotel is average considered for the price, you could find cheaper hotels that are of closer location and newer. The services in the hotel is average.

No coffee

Convenient to the train station. Some decent restaurants nearby. A bar was mentioned on the Booking dot com website. However, when we arrived, the bar was not open, nor was it open later that evening. Something about the “employee being home sick”? We were able to have the front desk clerk provide us with some small bottles of wine to take to our room, but still not what we expected.

Air conditioning needs to be tuned (hot/cold)

The location was perfect. Close to central train station, a quick walk to public transportation and a few great restaurants; but far enough away from the city center to be nice and quiet at night. The continental breakfast was very strange. Either do a better job or don't do it at all. Food was sparse and not very well staffed even to provide the al a carte menu offerings.

Since this was my husband’s birthday trip, it was such a nice surprise that they upgraded us to a bigger room. What we did not realize at first was that the upgraded room was located in a different building. When we arrived there, it felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, and it lingered in our minds whether it was really an upgrade, especially since we never got to see the room we originally booked—or if it was simply presented to us in a way that sounded nicer. One of the best parts was that we were right in front of a beautiful church and surrounded by so many amazing restaurants and cafes. It was very convenient for us since we often came back late and still found plenty of places open nearby. What amazed me the most was that even though the property was located on a busy street, it was not noisy at all. The space was incredibly large and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to move around and relax. Honestly, it felt like we were staying in a penthouse. It made the birthday trip feel even more special and memorable. We also really appreciated how responsive and attentive the hotel staff was. Whenever we requested any amenities, they responded within seconds and were always kind and helpful. Their quick assistance made our stay feel very smooth and well taken care of, and we are truly grateful for that level of service. The best part for us was that the main train station was only about 9 minutes away, and the walk was comfortable, safe, and easy even for late-night outings. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations—from the comfort of the space to the convenience of the location and the excellent hospitality. It was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again in the future. There was nowhere to sit—no extra chairs or luggage stand. Our house rule, wherever we go, is that no outside clothes should touch the bed or bedsheets. So not having an extra chair to sit on after a long walk outside, before showering or changing, was a challenge. We sometimes had to sit on the floor to rest or eat takeout before changing.

Location Not clean cockerroch you say breakfast included but there was none and the booking non refundable i would of booked elsewhere!! They said we upgr a dedicated us and put us in a room. Around the block with air-conditioned not working and very inconvenient then we complain and they moved us back in the hotel! Not a good way to do business! I will never stay there again!!
