The room was cleaned every day. The location is good, the staff are kind. Тhin walls, everything is very audible in the room. Some of the furniture was in very old condition.

The hotel was very clean, and that's what I like mostly in a hotel. The location, too. Though it was not in the center, tram station is in the front of the hotel, and tram 12 takes you directly to Duomo and brings you back again

The very hospitable staff members, clean environment and accessibility to many interesting places in the city. The hotel is located in a decent and quiet neighborhood A proper dining facility would a lot of good to the hotel's profile and image.

The location of the hotel is extremely good - the tram station is 2 minutes away, the hotel is on a quiet street, and my room overlooked a quiet courtyard. They have an elevator in the hotel. The staff was very friendly, they deserve all the praise. The room is extremely clean and is cleaned every day. The bed was very comfortable, I had two different pillows. The bathroom is clean, has a shower cabin (I don't think fat people can get in it, because of the specific opening of the door). I had a wardrobe with a few hangers and a refrigerator (I didn't use it). The balcony is great. Air conditioning is usually paid for extra, but I didn't need it in April. The room price was a bit more expensive (we paid 711 euros for 4 nights) because we were there in April, during Milano Design Week. We didn't have any outlets next to the bed to charge our phones, so we had to use one at the desk and another in the bathroom.

Room was clean. The staff ready to help. The bed blankets needed an extra wash. We slept on top of the blankets. The price was affordable. The shower glass door too narrow. We were afraid that we may brake it.

Good hotel but the guy with glasses i cant feel him be more professional please

The room seems to be newly renovated, the staff was friendly and very good and the room was always clean. The walls had some minor scraps and weren’t fully done yet, but it didn’t really affect my stay.

Hotel is pretty based, nothing excessive, staff was polite, location near tram station. Easy to find. Good room with balcony, everything was clean. Shower drain didn't work good enough, water was filling shower cabin in 5 minutes. I didn't like the blanket, it wasn't properly tucked, it just was between two sheets.
-
Bed is a bit smaller. Shower cabin was loose and couldn't close properly so we had to be careful when showering.

I liked the welcome from the staff and the cleanliness of the room. Honestly the location of the hotel and the room did not meet my expectations. There was a water leak when I used the sink, the room was cold, there was no money safe box in the room and I had difficulty opening the door with the key.
