It was very clean and ok location. Staff at the desk were very helpful and polite. It was noisy.

Nothing The air conditioning unit was not functioning at the room , the furniture was very old model & the bathroom was very tight even the staff wasn’t friendly.

The personel taking good care of the guest at all times, from arrival to leaving the parking lot - is a priceless experience One of (many) pillows we got was stuffed with feathers- not ideal for allergies (Not a big deal, rather heads-up for future guests)

Rooms comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. Restaurant has the best spagetti carbarnara I have ever eaten. Tram stop around the corner. Not much within easy walking distance, but tram close by makes it easy to get around. Gadgets in room not necessary, tv in shower room, coloured lighting system. A/C a little hard to regulate.

The location is perfect, the staff is nice, the facility is clean. The equipment and the interior are quite old and outdated.
