The staff were outstanding, especially Davide and Roberta. We experienced an unexpected issue during our stay, and it was resolved immediately with professionalism, kindness and genuine care. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Their excellent customer service completely changed our experience. I wish every hotel had staff like them. There is some room for improvement in the facilities, but the outstanding professionalism and helpfulness of the staff more than made up for it.

The hotel was clean, rooms very good, staff very lovely, and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you to the train station. We booked 2 rooms for 6 nights and it was an enjoyable experience. Thank you Hotel Alga Nothing! Our stay was great.

Clean, nice rooms and a good breakfast. Very attentive staff—they quickly moved us to another room when we had a water drainage problem in the bathroom. However, it's quite far from Milan. Perfect if you are traveling by car, but there’s nothing around since it’s right on the highway
