Very easy to get to by train and metro. The receptionist clearly wasn’t in a good mood and wasn’t very polite. There was also construction work going on in the building during our stay.

the host was helpful the hotel is one star with no Ac and sharing bathroom the reception is scary for the first sight i wont recommend it

Nothing. The room was insanely hot, and there was only one small fan for three people. We had one double bed and one single bed, but the fan was nowhere near enough to cool the entire room. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially at night. We could not sleep at all because of the heat and had to keep going out onto the balcony several times just to get some fresh air. Every minute, we were wishing we could leave the place. The bathroom was also disappointing. There was no proper hot water. The water was extremely cold and not even lukewarm, which made it very difficult to take a shower. The bathroom itself was not in good condition either. There was a mirror that appeared to be slightly cracked or damaged, which made it look unpleasant and poorly maintained. This was our first time visiting Italy, and sadly, this hotel completely ruined our first impression. We were excited about our trip, but instead, we spent the night feeling uncomfortable, unable to sleep, and wishing we could leave. Next day, directly we booked another hotel and slept the whole day. Overall, the room was far too hot, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained. For three people, the room and facilities were simply not suitable. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, especially for families or anyone staying during warm weather.

The location was very good, there were multiple method of transport that enabled us to have a better holiday experience. Moreover, it has access to a lot of shops around to dine into such as TÜRKİSH KEBAB PİZZA İSTRİA (which I recommend to try). So if you want an hotel where to can place your luggage and travel around for long hours this might be the perfect hotel for you. We did start if rough in the hotel by finding a bedbug of the room but the staff where able to quickly allocate us to another room. Additionally it did lack a lot of facilities (such as a kitchen, laundry area that was expected though) and only had the basic needs (such as a place to stay and a bathroom).

Hello. We could not check into this hotel because the day before we specifically wrote 2 times that we needed an early check-in, the hotel confirmed it 2 times in the program, although we were not answered at all. Upon arrival, the administrator said that check-in is only at 2 pm and that there is absolutely nothing to help and that we should leave if we do not want to leave the suitcases. I already wrote about this review yesterday, no one answered us and no one even tried to help or navigate us. That’s why we canceled the reservation and demand a refund

super friendly receptionist, told us that there is no aircondition the moment we walked in, so that we dont have fake expectations and he offered to make us coffee in the morning. A value for money if you need to stay in that area. the hotel doesnt have AC, it has only a fan, so the night was super hot

The place is a possible scam. Receptions guy was lying to us about some information and about messages he sent and afterwards he demanded our physical cards as well even tho we already paid everything
