Hotel Wolin

Hotel is in nice location. Good breakfast I didn't get the room that I paid for and staff wasn't helpful to resolve my complaints. Had to ask for large towels, as only small ones were provided and asked for a refill of soap and the one in the shower was never refilled, had to buy my own one. Asked for a large double bed as per description and was only given two single beds. Asked for a room on the higher floor, and at first they had only room downstairs, as they messed up my reservation and booked it on their system for a day later, than I booked, that's why I think my room was never ready. At the end I left after only one night, when I have paid for two nights.

Unfortunately there is no bowling anymore and aero hockey was down too. We also didn't see any info about the parking charge and at checkout we were asked to pay about 10€ per day + tourist tax (which is totally ok).

/ - we booked a room for 3 people, got 2 beds, after asking the staff we got 2 beds and one sleeping sofa we had to prepare by ourselves. Not enough towels, not enough bedsheets - we had to ask a couple of times. the smell was so bad in the entire hotel, it was dirty, couldn’t use the „wellness“, breakfast wasn’t delicious, staff was unfriendly, 17 euros for one night parking slot, all in all: never again. We just wanted to have one night with wellness but it was so stressful.

There was no one there, so I didn't even get the room. Pure chaos...

Terrible breakfast, everything so old. Don’t recommend it. Too expensive for this hotel. Why it have 3 stars. It looks like 1 star…

The location, the facilities The breakfast area is not really clean, tables are full of bread crumbs. I have been charged twice for my stay, 1x via Booking.com automatically and one more time when I left. Still no refund in sight. Parking costs extra.

very nice and clean rooms, nice pool. bowling was out of order partially and open lines didn’t allow to play a real game. one of jacuzzi’s was broken,

The hotel is well located to visit the town. This hotel is past its best. Costs are being cut and it shows (the toilet seat it too small for the bowl and is a problem), the carpets are badly stained and the food in the restaurant is more suited to a canteen than a hotel.

The hotel was close to the sea side. The Room was just beautiful! So big and clean and bright. The breakfast was very tasty. The hotel Has its own bar and restaurant and offers great ways how to spend your evening. You could play billiard, darts, table tennis and evening bowling. But the hotel was full with people and there was a queue There were too many people in the morning for breakfast and the food just ran out and new wasnt brought in. And we were not there particulary late. Also the pool and sauna area were very cold and didnt look very welcoming. Would use renovation

breakfast was good , would have been nice with bacon for the eggs 24/7 reception. unfortunetly the front desk manager from 20:00 - 07:00 did´t speak english, spanish or german only ukrainian

very clean but not what I expected. thought we would be closer to beach and this hotel has no view. close to a nice wood but eaten up by mosquitos. because of covid we did not go to pool. we arrived at 1800 but got the last parking spot on the other side of hotel by the dumpsters. really no charm for all the beautiful buildings in northwest poland mosquitos and parking

Good choice for breakfast. Good beds and lots of space in the room. The staff is not very helpful. Not interested at all. Parking not clear. A bit far to the center.
