The pancake machine was broken. The apple juice dispenser was empty and was leaking water. The ice machine was leaking water all over the floor. The breakfast was typical. Instant eggs and soggy sausage patties. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. The EV charging was slow and by the hour. Definitely a rip-off.

The staff especially the night male was amazing. Helped us in every way possible for our early morning check in. Gym is decent. Rooms and beds are excellent. Breakfast was a little boring and too repetitive. It just needs a little more attention especially for European travellers. Rooms were supposed to be done every other day, but beds were never made in the 9 days we stayed there.

The room was nice and cool when we entered. The room was clean and had plenty of towels and wash clothes. The toilet seat seemed loose when sitting on it. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The breakfast had several items and the accessible coffee or hot water 24/7 was nice. You could purchase snacks,, they had fusball table & gym for exercise & boards with local shoppes, entertainment, and dining.. Overall, our stay was good and would recommend

An event near the hotel,a wedding, was cancelled 1 month before our scheduled stay. Neither Expedia nor the Hilton was able to make an exception to the non refundable policy. We simply wanted to change our reservation to the downtown Hilton to enjoy a night out. Poor customer service!
