Hotel Middelpunt - Gratis Parking - Ontbijt inbegrepen!

I choose this hotel primarily because it's located walking distance from the venue where we were attending a concert that evening. When making the reservation it did not occur to me that this hotel is primarily serving clients with medical and or mobility issues. This results in a more "healthcare facility" type of atmosphere in both rooms and corridors. This was something that surprised me but I could have known it, had I checked out the hotel's website. The room was spacious and quiet, breakfast was OK.

The staff were very friendly. We had a little baby and 2 other children and they were so accommodating to us. I have never seen such a hotel, it is made to cater for those with special needs and disabilities as well as recruit them. I loved every aspect of this ❤️ As someone who works with special needs I can't express how much I loved seeing this. Everyone was really friendly and the hospitality was amazing. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant ? A little pricey but I can't judge seen as we booked last minute in August and the location is only a few mins away from the beach.

An excellent hotel at a reasonable distance from the beach. Super clean and spacious rooms, incredibly kind, helpful and friendly staff. A decent breakfast included in the price. Free and functioning WiFi. Free parking in front of the building. Overall an excellent place to stay with pretty much everything you might need. We stayed in an excellent family room (basically two separate rooms with a common toilet and bathroom) and the water pipes in the shower were making constant noises - starting from high-pitched whistling (almost like a dentist's drill in the other room) through low-pitched hum (like a running diesel engine somewhere behind the wall) to the occasional noise like a drill being operated somewhere in the building (luckily this was always there only for a few seconds at a time). For a light sleeper like me this took some getting used to. Luckily the rest of the family slept well. Also, this hotel is clearly aimed at people with disabilities, which is not very clearly advertised in the hotel info, which made us feel kind of bad that by booking a room and staying we prevented someone with a disability from enjoying the room in this great hotel. Otherwise everything was good, a highly recommended hotel.

Exceptional

It is a new building following the principles of zen architecture: being inside means a lot of balance, symmetry, harmony. It is also decorated with a lot of love of details. It is extremely clean and welcoming. It has all facilities that a family needs: restaurant, great breakfast, staff who will do their best to accommodate your needs.

Beds were too hard (patient beds) The staff was very charming but the the manager looked like little bit stressed. She had had a very angry face both two days.

Really close to Proximus Popup Arena where we had a concert to attend, free parking, and a cool breakfast in the morning : nothing more to wait for, it was just great.
