Great location. An amazing ocean view from a balcony on 5th floor.

Before booking this hotel please think because the hotel is very dirty. In the room itself or worse the floor is dirty. The bed is like the sheets were not changed after the previous guest, so think before going there. Do you want to live in the middle of dirt?

Location (beach across the street) and view of beach from my window. Restaurant on property. I had trouble opening my door with the room key. It took three to five minutes for the door to unlock after inserting the key.

Convenience to beach and ocean dr. Unknowledgeable front desk for activities in area. Having to go out of building for ice.

The location was great, restaurant was great and staff at front desk was great!! Paid extra for ocean view and it was covered by a building. Bathroom was disgusting! The sheets were disgusting!

The location was amazing, you can literally sea Miami beach from your window. The staff was very friendly and the room was full of ammenities, fast internet and daily room service. The music in evening was a plus plus. Nothing

The property was beautiful!!! The little touches made it nice. It is an older property, but they’ve taken very good care of it! The artwork is amazing!!! I loved the friendliness of the staff, the beautiful decor, the comfortable bed, and the prime location.

Location - across from the rainbow lifeguard station at beach and the rainbow sidewalk. Gives out beach towels. Coffee in lobby. Balcony room was awesome. There is music at night till about midnight but it is enjoyable
