Holiday inns should suck

Lacking frezzing no heat dirty
-
Rude staff due to them closing six days after my stay. Nasty room. Definitely was not comfortable
-
Seedy hotel. The room furnishings were rundown, dirty and stained (so was the lobby furniture). The front desk is beyond apathetic to the point of almost being useless. The room was rundown and the a/c vent rattled all the time (it sounded like an ice-maker) making sleep or relaxation a challenge. The hot was inconsistent and cut in and out during the showers. The wi-fi is nonexistent, they shouldn’t be allowed to advertise free wi-fi. Out of our numerous people staying there, not one was ever able to get logged in. Avoid this hotel ay all costs.
-
Terrible service, rude staff.. our room was musty and smelled awful. The restaurant was out of food. And we were told the hotel would be closing in the month. Tried to call the front desk several times no answer. It was honestly the worse Holiday Inn.. we have stayed in and we stay in a lot of them

Got the room at very short notice as our initial hotel when we arrived was closed. Very helpful informative service and provided shuttle to the port

When I received my room, it was clearly dirty — the beds were unmade and had obviously been used by previous guests. It was unacceptable and very concerning that the room had not been properly cleaned before assigning it to me. On top of that, I was overcharged, which made the entire experience even worse. Overall, this stay was extremely unpleasant and far below expectations.
-
Yes the room felt neglected.
-
Washcloths missing. There was a sock in the bed! Clean bed linens are essential.
-
Nice facility older rooms close to the port that really counts cost is equal to area but only took us 10 minutes to the MSC port
-
The location is great, but the hotel needs to be renovated. The room wasn’t the cleanest, smelled stale, and we weren’t provided with enough washclothes. Also, it took a long time to bring one up when I requested it.
-
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, kind and professional. The shuttle service and driver was amazing.
-
room dirty and noisy extra charge.
-
I had a completely unacceptable experience at this property. Upon my arrival, there were no desk clerks available to facilitate the check-in process, leaving me unable to access my reserved room for the night. As a result of this lack of staffing, I was forced to spend the night in my vehicle. Furthermore, when I reached out to the property to request a refund for the night I was unable to use, my request was denied. The lack of accountability and basic front-desk service is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend staying here if you expect a reliable check-in process.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting! It’s dirty, covered in mold, ripped carpet, blankets, overall disgusting! From the second you Step off the elevator you will be hit with a strong mold smell and see the dirty torn up carpets. We asked to switch rooms but we were informed they were all like that. We spoke to a few other couples that were leaving for a new hotel ( like us) that said the exact same thing. Be aware! This place is filthy dirty!

Older hotel in need of a few upgrades. Bathroom fixtures (sink handle/tub stopper) need repairs. Neither "business center" computers could access internet.
-
Nice location. Rooms good size but smells a little and outdated. Very nice staff
-
The hotel needed renovations. The entire floor I stayed on had a very strong mildew smell. There was mold in the shower. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
-
Room was decent but not the level it should be.
