Big size room, clean, well equipped. Air Conditioning works very good. Excellent location. -

Stores and shopping areas in close proximity. I didn't like the tall guy at front desk. His attitude was very stink! when I asked about a location.

Shaver and hair under our sink table, one of our tv seemed broken - other than that amazing staff, breakfast was perfect - cozy stay.

There are best holiday inn...

The hotel was in a great location and this made my trip wonderful.

Great and quiet Not having a shuttle to the airport when it was mentioned on the booking….& we live in a new age now where television is very cheap….MAJOR UPGRADE IS NEEDED WITH TELEVISION..

The hotel was very clean, and my room was spotless. The location is also very convenient, close to Miami International Airport and reasonably close to the main attractions in the area if you have a car. The biggest issue was the airport shuttle. The hotel advertises this service, but when I arrived I was told it was temporarily unavailable, so I had to spend around $70 on transportation to and from the airport. The breakfast was also quite limited and had fewer options than I expected based on the description.

Breakfast was decent, but there is definitely a need for my space. It’s a lot of people with a little bit of room!

It was clean and well kept. The breakfast was also well served. All around good experience except when I talked with the front desk rep after breakfast. She was abrupt and not customer friendly. Kept talking in Spanish to another staff while also talking with me in English (I don’t speak Spanish and she knew it) . She needs some retraining.she ended my nice stay on a bad note.

The ac was nice.

We booked it because it had the airport shuttle but once we arrived and called for it we were told it was out of service and had to pay for an uber. Hotel room itself was clean and spacious . Outdoor pool also was decent
