The size of the room The fact that you have to pay another deposit just because you booked another day through the booking app instead of with them that is just ridiculous and unexpected. Also on the day that I checked in, I very specifically ask the guy is there a side door? And he’s like yes yes yes like three different times and nodded his head and even pointed towards where it would be. In the end There was no side door. Which is a huge inconvenience not everybody wants to see the front desk people every time you come in and out.

The hotel was clean and had a little cafe They gave me a key for a room that was occupied and I had to make the walk back down to the desk to get assistance

Nothing but that it was close to the airport but the surrounding area wasn’t please able‼️ That they charged $13 for breakfast that every other Hotel gives for free and it wasn’t worth the money Eggs,a apple, a orange, and a sausage patty

Location Room was okay. But the shuttle bus from the Miami Airport was not on time. Next day there was communication issues between staff and the Shuttle bus driver, they dont speak proper English. We were dropped-off to the Port along with other guests instead of to the Airport , this dispite asking 4-5 times repeatedly, they said Yes to Airport, and they refused to drop-off back to Airport from the Port. So we had to pay for Taxi out of our pockets to get to Aiport from the Port :-(
