Kasa Collins Park Miami Beach Convention Center

Location is GOLD! Everything is around you. Beach is 6 min walking which is perfect. We used public transportation to get to places and the bus stop is 5 min away as well. Perfect area - I recommend!! We came to enjoy the weather, the staying is good, check in is fast. I would ask host to add more kitchen supplies because we could not boil anything cause we cooked as well. Lastly - the AC is very noisy, maybe it is the thing in Miami but we had to turn it off during the night otherwise we could not sleep. I do still recommend because of the location and how easy it is to access apartment

Refrigator smelled so bad. Floors are like old dirty. You can tell the building is the problem. Cero investment. Like a low cost experience.

Had a good stay here. The apartment was nice and cosy. The location is pretty convenient for walks to the beach and is only a 10 minute walk from Collins St where a lot of tour companies do pick ups.

Room was nice and clean and they respond fast when you need something

Kitchenette was nice. Comfortable beds. Close to the beach and parking garage!

Great location and easy access is about I can say that was good. Overall unclean, filthy living room carpet, tiny ant like bugs in the kitchen area, stained bath towel, stained bathroom floor and sofa in the living room. Noisy, conversations in the next apartment were totally understandable and a barking whining dog. Definitely will not return.

Lovely apartments

The minute you walk in the place, you can smell the dampness. The towels were horrible, especially the washcloths that were rough around my face. They only supplied one for each of us, but when we contacted them, they brought an extra set. The bathroom floor was dirty and stained. On a brighter side, the bed was very comfortable and it was nice having a refrigerator and microwave. I did not realize that I was charged for beach chair use, but it was nice to have them, since we did use the beach for 2 out of the 4 days. There was a great restaurant within walking distance that we enjoyed called Orange Blossum & would highly recommend it to others.

Horrible experience

Cool concept of a hotel that’s essentially converted apartments. I stayed 8 nights and was disappointed with the level of cleanliness, however. The floors turned my feet black and there were gross long hairs everywhere indicating this place hasn’t been vacuumed or mopped in a very long time. I had to use towels to clean the floors myself multiple times. There’s also no one at the property nor any housekeeping, and you have to cummicate with an AI bot via text if you need something.

Tout OK, une seule recommandation quand trois personnes font une réservation, fournir les draps et couvertures pour le sofa-lit et compter le nombre de serviettes de bain plage en conséquence pour trois personnes.

They delivered on everything they promised. We would definitely come back.

Nice decor, clean and comfortable

Room was clean, plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was adequate. Loved the location! So close to the Filmore Theatre, the beach, restaurants, shops. Very quiet area too.

The apartment is nice, and comfy. The position is very good close to the beach and to the convention center, where I had to go to work for few days. However, the cleaning was very poor. There were food scraps next to the oven that left a disgusting smell and attracted cockroaches. The room was dirty, and I will not even mention the toilet brush—untouchable, and I will stop there. On top of that, in two weeks they never came to clean. It is not clean, which is quite serious. If it were not for this, the rest would be fine. The house is nice, although it is not exactly like in the photos. The staff was helpful—you just need to write on WhatsApp, and they respond immediately.
