The staff were amazing. The pool was a complete eye sore which was not stated while booking. I never would have chosen a hotel with no pool while in Miami Beach. The balcony was covered in bird poop. The floor by the sliding doors were completely horrible and visible dirty. To pay over $1,000 for 4 days and have to catch a cart to the next hotels pool, which is more expensive for drinks and food. Loved the staff but the stay was not what was expected during booking.

The bed and it was clean the employee some was nice especially the door bells. I didn’t like it because I went through booking .com that they didn’t give me the room I did the reservation for and the pool was unavailable I didn’t know until I got their and the commadation we had was going to another hotel pool but both days it was too full and the umbrella was ok for commadation. And their rules change for different people.

Hotel is in bad shape. Noisy and was unable to sleep.

The rooms and the view were nice We have booked this accomodation because it was listing as beachfront with pool. However, they have only informed us about the whole pool and the restaurant areas being totally closed and under renovation after we have payed for the stay. To access the beach, you had to exit the building and walk on the street, which has made this property not even beachfront. The daily renovation works have started at around 8:00 AM and we could not even rest properly.

It does not match the pictures on the listing. On my recent trip to Miami, I decided to stay at the Cadillac Hotel after doing some research. I normally browse through pictures in the room description and there was a balcony pictured but when I checked in balcony. Also the hotel was under renovations which is fine but I feel like if you booked an oceanfront view room you should only be able to see sand water and maybe some palm trees. 60% of my view was a dirty mouldy pool with forklifts around it and workers here and there and behind it was the ocean. The difference between ocean front and ocean view means ocean front. You should see nothing but water ocean view means you might see the ocean in the distance. I still feel like they didn’t give me the correct room. after complaining to Expedia they called the manager and they would not switch my room. They said I could only downgrade because there was nothing available. They also said they would not honour a refund so I could check in somewhere else. The men that work at the door didn’t open the door for me for the first two days because they were too busy talking and then day three and four they started doing their jobs and actually opening the door. Housekeeping will knock one time and then they’ll just open the door without warning this happened to me three times during my stay. The only decent service I had was the guy that brought up the room service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

More transparency when booking that pool is under repair

Only the Location, and the Valet staff. The room I paid for was an ocean-front room, which was disappointing. It was on a lower level by the construction area of the pool. It was changed for me to an ocean-view room, yet I had paid for an ocean front. Furthermore, the noise on the higher floor was unbearable from the top and a close-by building; I think it was coming from some building machines. Overall, I didn't like my stay at the hotel.

Sadly the pool was out of action completely and I then spent several hours dealing with an administrative error where I had been overcharged. Helpful staff but I lost 1 night of a 2 night break

Pool and area under construction. We were advised well in advance so no issues, but made it hard to rate the amenities higher. Location and staff were amazing

The guy at the door who had to stand their all day helping with luggage and telling people to “watch their step”. Everything else about this property is negative. The renovations happening to the pool, the staff who are rude die to their own hotel having renovations. There were no bikes available that we paid for, there was no fridge in the room. Breakfast included isn’t the full breakfast, you then have to pay for most things apart from basic fruit and toast. The location is away from everything. The trolley that takes you into south beach is overcrowded
