Very spatious, comfortable rooms! The gym and rooftop terrace was still under construction, the light switches in the room are hard to understand, operate (there are so many of them).

Large sized rooms But… I don’t write often very negative reviews, this time unfortunately this property made me feel so unappreciated… - breakfast poor, late, long-waiting to be served - reservation-department completely not flexible for any changes - personnel seems powerless & always using the excuse they need to ask to another department …

Loved the size of the room. Unexpectedly big. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Location, staff was very nice. Emergency stairs were blocked on the 3rd floor so the only way up/down were the elevators, which were usually very busy.

Extremely clean, spacious, quiet and well maintained. Staff is very professional. Service at the restaurant was very slow… I understand they had staffing problems on those days. Only one coffee capsule for 4 people.
