The receptionist was the best host she was so kind And helpful and the hotel was well located and very clean I highly recommended

The location was good and the staff were friendly but not always helpful. Our air con machine started to leak one evening. Reception was supposed to be available until 9pm but even though a text was send before then, they said they could help until the next day. They never ended up helping at all. Property itself has pretty rough finishing. The aircon has a pipe that drips into the shower. There is very little shower pressure. You will not be washing your hair. We had a couple of ants in the property also.

The location it’s amazing There was a sound of a laundry machine that doesn’t stop and there is not parking lot

The rooftop was quite enjoyable. The bathroom light never goes off so the rooms bright at night.

Overall it was good! Maybe not enough trash cans?

There was very dim lighting in the bather room. I believe the mirrow light was not working. Very hard for my wife to get ready. Also, the wifi did not reach into the room, so I had to use it in the lobby area.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn’t work properly one day, and there was also a problem with the shower which prevented me from using it that day. However, aside from these small inconveniences, everything else was wonderful — the place was clean, in a great location, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful!

The location and room were amazing. The neighborhood is very safe and nice. The hotel is the top floor of a building which is not typical but not bad. The reception area was very small and it seemed that no one was available at night. The receptionist who tried to help was unable to communicate in English which was a big barrier.

The focal point of a hotel when traveling is a place that you can rest comfortably, and PH Masaryk 17 fell flat on their face in that regard. The bed, last changed in the 1970s I venture to guess, had more undulations than corrugated cardboard. Taco Juan is a taco just in front of the hotel, but it identifies as an a night club, so you get to deal with their garbage music until 2am. After waking up on day 2 we requested another room due to the simply atrocious excuse for a mattress that we had in 606. They said they were full...well, one day's revenue and you can buy a quality mattress to replace that decrepit misery we were forced to endure. Rather than enjoy our last day doing the museums, we went instead to a local spa to get some much needed therapy from the knots in our backs and necks resulting from that PATHETIC mattress.
