Great location that is easy to get to and walk around with plenty of shops and food options. The staff were also great! They were always nice and welcoming. Breakfast had great options and was constantly being replenished. Also, this felt like a such a safe location to walk around. One of the rooms had a window facing the street, so it was really loud at night. The flooding of the shower, due to improper floor angle for drainage. The towels provided were also coming apart and needing to be replaced.

Great location! We felt safe at all times. That the huge coffeemaker in the breakfast area was down 2-3 days and the hotel did not offer any coffee at all during those days. We need coffee in the mornings; more than food.

Location is perfection. Front desk was very helpful and it was an easy check in. I like that they had breakfast in a cute rooftop area. I think the walls could be a bit cleaner and the room is pretty small, but if you aren't spending a lot of time in there it's fine. I also didn't like there sent a window, that was odd. I'm fairly tall, 6'1 and I barely fit in the bed.

The location is great They have someone at the door 24/7 yet there were these drunk people that came in the middle of the night causing an absolute ruckus. And they were allowed to keep causing it.

The breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent close to restaurant and parks. The style is beautiful. Good internet connection to work.

How pretty it was and how clean it was kept Nothing it was perfect

No wash clothes or tissue

Location is excellent with decent breakfast . Room Size is too small

Excellent location , uber friendly with loads of vegan restaurants close by. You can walk and cover a lot of areas too. Rooms are small for a family with luggage and non standard . I spent 7 days in a corner room was fine but not all are of same size and small .

As I mentioned above no facilities for people over 60 and I noticed I was not the only one that category

location came recomended from a person in Manzunte. She was correct. The room was colorful and so cute. I loved the bed, the design and the comfort of the linens, and pillows. The breakfast was above normal and very comfortabale place to eat. nothing. everything was so nice and cozy. it would be an easy place to just stay indoors if the weather was not good outdoors

Excellent location It could improve cleanliness in the rooms. Our room had mold.

I enjoyed how central the hotel was and convenient it was to access all the shops, metro and whatnot. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty! The shower was great with good hot water! I didn't realize there wasn't a refrigerator in the room which I wish there had been to keep some bottled water cold and other items. There also wasn't a window to see out; everything was frosted. There was light let in but just couldn't see outside of the room. It was a little noisy as it was a very modern style and not a lot of insulation but not terrible.

This hotel is conveniently located in the Roma Norte area, and is comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and check in and check out process was easy. The breakfast and coffee in the morning was a nice touch.

Someone, for some reason, decided to add a box of wood around the bed that turned a small room into a very small room. Thats probably the worst design idea I've ever seen.

Nothing My stay at Hotel Roma in Mexico City was a very disappointing experience. The first room I was given had been fumigated just a couple of days before, and the chemical smell was so strong it gave me a headache almost immediately. The window didn’t work, the room was very dark, and several utilities were not functioning properly. Even basic details like the shampoo bottle didn’t work, and the towels were frayed and in poor condition, giving the whole room a neglected and rundown feel. After I complained, they moved me to another room, but unfortunately the issues continued. The electrical outlets didn’t work, so I couldn’t charge my phone, and there was no shampoo or body soap provided at all. The overall condition of both rooms was very poor. Manuel, the maintenance guy was very nice and tried to help as much as he could. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Reception staff english is bad.

Loud……people and staff in the hallway sounded like they were in the room with you. Street noise was excessive. Shower did not drain well.

The bed was too small. I'm 1.8 m tall. I have to sleep sideways and felt very Closter phobic. I had a panic attack the first night. I thought I was in a coffin.
