Super chic boutique hotel. The staff was awesome, felt like family. They went above and beyond in service. The welcome drink at the beautiful rooftop was chef's kiss. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. That bed is the best, slept like a baby! Walking distance to cool shops and lots of restaurants. Felt super safe and cozy. I definitely will be back. The sliding door to the bathroom in our room needs a little love but that's minor.

The staff was professional and helpful, beautiful clean room with all necessities while traveling, an exceptional breakfast, a bit on the pricey side but worth it. Not as central as I would have liked but easy to get to the areas I wanted to travel to. Felt very safe and taken care of. I'm very appreciative of the ride to the airport at 3:00am! Thank you! A bit more than what I originally budgeted, but don't regret the extra money.

Hotel Dama is a beautiful small boutique hotel in the heart of Roma, Mexico City, and our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a warm, stylish, and intimate feel that makes it stand out from larger hotels. What truly made the experience special was the incredible service from the entire staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. They genuinely care about their guests and it shows in every detail. The breakfast was also outstanding. Their in-house chefs offer amazing fresh options each morning, and everything was delicious, beautifully prepared, and much better than a typical hotel breakfast. The location is perfect, close to great restaurants, cafes, shops, and everything that makes Roma such a special part of Mexico City. Highly recommend Hotel Dama and can’t wait to come back! Everything was perfect

Very warm and welcome property with the most friendly staff. My only complaint was that the shower water didn’t stay hot very long. It would heat up, cool down, and then heat up again during the course of a shower.

Beautiful interiors and greenery. Beautiful breakfast terrace. Great location The breakfast was quite underwhelming. When you order eggs, it’s one fried egg ?

We loved this hotel. It's truly a boutique experience in every sense. When we arrived a little before check-in, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodated us by getting our room ready early. The room itself was beautiful, the bathroom was gorgeous, the shower was huge, and the bed was supremely comfortable. The service was consistently wonderful; everyone we encountered was so lovely and welcoming. We also loved the rooftop restaurant, a perfect spot to start your morning or wind down the evening with a nightcap. The location is ideal as well, nestled on a quiet side street in Condesa, yet within walking distance of amazing restaurants, shops, and parks. Overall, Hotel Dama was the perfect choice for our Mexico City vacation. 10 out of 10. Our safe didn't work the whole time we were there. Not a deal breaker by any means, but it should be replaced.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dama in Mexico City. The hotel itself is absolutely lovely — beautifully designed, calm, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were amazing throughout our stay: warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations, bookings, and anything we needed. The rooftop restaurant and bar were also excellent, with really great food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. The location in Condesa is perfect — leafy, safe, and full of character, while still being very central and convenient for exploring the city. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City. There was honestly nothing we disliked about this hotel.

Location. Rooftop Bare facilities. Charging for water for a room that is $700 USD a night + no milk / creamer for coffee in room. Little things can greatly improve the experience. Electricity voltage was low. US dryer / curling iron did not work but should in CDMX

Beautiful rooms, really spacious, clean and comfortable. The roof terrace is a beautiful spot for breakfast (which was delicious) and cocktails of an evening! The staff were fantastic and so helpful in suggesting places and arranging airport transfers. Really couldn’t recommend it more and would definitely stay here again if returning to CDMX. Everything was fab!

Hotel Dama is an absolute gem in Mexico City. The design is stunning — every space feels intentional, blending contemporary elegance with warm Mexican touches. Nowhere is this more evident than in the rooms themselves, where the huge marble showers are a total wow moment — the kind you actually look forward to after a long day of exploring the city. Mornings are just as special. The included breakfast at the rooftop terrace is a treat — delicious food with sweeping views over CDMX to start your day. And come evening, that same terrace transforms into an unforgettable dining experience, with creative cuisine and a magical atmosphere, especially at sunset. If you're visiting Mexico City and want a hotel with real character, stunning design, and amenities that genuinely impress, Hotel Dama belongs at the top of your list, defenetiley coming back. nothing, everything was beyind expectations.

The location was dark when I arrived late at night as a solo female traveller. There could be more light, more security. Even though I liked the hotel overall, I probably wouldn't stay there again as a solo traveler. The staff could have been more alert / better vibrancy amongst the staff. Everyone was nice & okay but the overall service level wasn't what I would expect at that price range of a hotel. The breakfast experience could have been more indulgent/generous food-wise.
