Room is very nice clean and comfortable. Location great. Staff very friendly. There is a bar on the ground floor and they have late night parties. The music is pounding trace stule music and the noise is impossible to eliminate until it stops about 2am

the space of the room and bed sheets toilet door and toilet window do not close well and all the noise from the reception can be heard since early morning, har to park for uber, I was charged with the sauna fee but it was not working

Loved the location, in close proximity to cafes, bakeries, shops, bars & restaurants The staff wasn’t overly helpful, told us nothing about where anything was in the hotel.

Location, nice staff. Breakfast arrangement was silly - having to collect vouchers each morning and limited to the items on the voucher. We ignored it and ordered and paid for what we wanted. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or bar and the breakfast place is the coffee shop next door.

The breakfast was continental-ish, they did offer eggs on request which I am sure were good, but I went next door for Chilaquiles. The room had some cleanliness issues- spots on furniture, walls, but nothing disgusting. The staff was great. The room was HUGE, I was shocked with how big it was, and a great value. The room smelled nice and it wasn't Fabulosa, it was pleasant and clean smelling The room was loud from the street and within the hotel. The strange bathroom window behind the commode was not sealed and you could hear EVERYTHING from the atrium of the hotel. I used the earplugs provided. There were no washcloths, but that happens in Mexico,

It was a spacious and clean room. Staff were very responsive. The location was good in a nice and trendy part of Mexico City.

The room was very spacious and it had a nice design. Some of the staff were nice. The location was good, with many restaurant options nearby, and close to the city centre, although you had to walk a bit. The bed was too tall, and we almost had to climb it every time. The faucet didn't work correctly, and only one shower head was functional, but it always had too much pressure. Even though we were on the 5th floor, we could still hear the traffic and people inside and outside the hotel. The breakfast was a bit poor.
