Staff was friendly, the room was okay for value, comfortable and with AC. When the room got cleaned they didn't resupply with soap, the sheets didn't look very clean, WiFi didn't work in the room.

There was a constant smell of cleaning product in the common areas which permeated into the room.

The highlight of my stay was without a doubt Said Ammara, the receptionist. He truly went above and beyond. Due to the ongoing cartel blockades in my hometown of Guadalajara, where criminal groups set up roadblocks across the city making it unsafe to travel, I was unable to return home and needed to extend my stay unexpectedly. Said handled everything seamlessly. He allowed me to keep the same room without having to go through the stress of rebooking online, and he did it all with genuine empathy and care for my situation. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive throughout — even offering to have my room cleaned during the extended stay. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel so well taken care of, especially during a stressful situation. Said is a true asset to this hotel! N/A

24 hour reception, very late check in. Saved the day when we needed to book a place to stay at the very last minute due to an unforeseen issue. Comfy bed, interesting themed rooms. Extremely affordable price, great staff. Bathroom and shower facilities could use a serious cleaning.

Customer service was excellent. Very nice staff. Helpful and kind and always ready to assist. Location is very clean and modern. It's in residential and nice area where you can find lots of restaurants, bars and malls and of course supermarkets. Hotel is so clean and very artistic and neat. No complaints whatsoever. There's a hot water kettle to use for drinks at any time plus there is a kitchen to use. Rooms are clean and cozy. I'd go back anytime.

It's very well located. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Staff is kind and helpful. It does have a pretty decent price. It needs maintenance ASAP. The door lock doesn't work. The bathroom is hideous. I noticed a terrible smell coming out of the shower's sink as soon as I arrived. They checked it but nothing changed. The stench was unbearable. The place was hot and they provided a fan, but it needs better cooling (like an AC or something). The TV is very small and far from bed. Everything in the room looks old and shabby. The breakfast is included. It's provided by the restaurant next door. Unfortunately, it's really bad. The coffee is awful and service is non-existent.
