Lovely hotel, close to some amazing attractions , bars and restaurants. Wonderful staff , safe and clean Breakfast could’ve been more diverse but nevertheless it was fresh and hot food.

Great locations to explore the city. Very nice and attentive staff. Good gym, steam room and restaurant. Price was right. I visit CDMX often and like to try different hotels and this was is a great choice. The rooms facing the street (which are the best suites and balconies) will suffer from the excessive noise from the clubs right across the street. There is no way to get around that and the noise is very loud and until early morning (past 3AM). We had reserved one of those rooms and upon arrival at the hotel (around midnight) noticed the noise while doing check in. Upon going to the room the noise was just as if we were at the club. They moved up to a higher floor and it was just the same. They offered earplugs and a white noise machine but it did not help, so we had to downgrade and move to a room on the side of the building, which was still very nice. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The only thing is that this should be noted in the description of those rooms.

Centrally located and easy to get around. The property is very nice, unfortunately there was a lot of construction right outside at the time.

The room is nice and spacious. The noise … there is a bar and a nightclub just in front that put music all night until 7 in the morning. We had a room on the top floor that was supposed to be calm and were listening to loud music all night. Even on Sunday night. The kind of noise that prevents you from sleeping.
