Great stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent location. Would definitely come back. The only thing was some noise from outside, but it didn’t ruin the experience.

Very very clean and comfortable! One of my favorite places that we stayed in Italy. The air conditioning was excellent, the bed was perfect, and the staff extremely accommodating. It was wonderful! Nothing.

Very clean and organized

We loved that since you enter to the place, it smells clean. The place was really nice because the decoration is nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the breakfast really good and the communication for the check-in and everything was perfect. I’ll definitely come back!

Everything on site was exceptional-the view, decor, comfort, and cleanliness. Fernando was very helpful and friendly. It was little bit of a walk from the train station and port. We came by train and left by ferry.

Beautiful property lovely views room was very spacious and comfortable breakfast was really lovely There was a band playing very loudly below us but the host apologised and it didn’t go too late otherwise we couldn’t fault it beautiful property

The Room

Very clean, good facilities, pleasant staff. No kettle. English people like to make a drink of tea anytime, so lack of a kettle was disappointing.

The view from the bedroom and the patio. A very comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The place had been completely remodeled by a design firm. Plenty of hot water. Easy access and a pleasant staff.

Exceptional

We really liked the location the view. It was so clean and fresh inside. The room was so clean and perfect decorated and equipped. We felt very comfortable at this accommodation it’s definitely a gem in messina. Just the breakfast was a little modest and one-sided. No Iron.

There was nothing not to like. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was the same, and the shower was great.The decor was lovely and the bedlinen was pristine. The ambiance in the breakfast room was just right, and the breakfast itself, a continental style, was tasty, fresh and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, we saw Fernando mostly during our week, such a lovely man.The one morning we took advantage of the sun terrace, the views of the ocean and the city, along with the ships passing in the distance was wonderful. Parking can be a bit tricky on times, but this is in most places in Sicily. The main shopping area and many restaurants and cafe bars are a ten minute walk away. Nothing not to like.

Everything everything was perfect

Breakfast was a high standard. Nice quiet breakfast room overlooking the strait.

It was very nice, clean, quiet. We really enjoyed terrace which was common area. I found the room to be quite warm, since window blinds were left open and conditioner is working only when we were in the room it took some time to cool down. For me personally also a minus was that I couldn't enjoy cold shower to cool down. Even at the coldest setting water was warm.

Exceptional

Very clean, stayed only 2 nights, but staff cleaned the room and put out fresh towels. Safe neighborhood and could park the car in front of the building. Host was responsive and nice. It was very hot outside so the coldest water in the shower wasn't cold :D
