good location, 20 minute walk from the train station, my room was amazing, large size, good A/C, I loved staying here. nothing.

A true B&B, including a lovely room and comfortable common area living room. The home is pretty, nicely decorated. We were met by a hostess who explained everything clearly and efficiently. We were given vouchers for breakfast at a cafe across the street where the staff welcomed us. The B&B is located in a good part of Messina, a short walk to the Cathedral. I can't think of any problems. Although the apartment is up one flight of stairs, someone was even there to carry my suitcase.

The place was incredibly clean, comfortable, and lovely. Breakfasts were served just across the street at Eden, and they were absolutely delicious—don’t miss the granita al pistacchio and brioche! The B&B is perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk to Piazza di Duomo and around 20 minutes to Messina Centrale train station. The staff was so friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Highly recommended!

Very good location within the city with close distance to all landmarks in the city,. The view was was absolutely splenfid. The room was cute and clean, nice bathroom. The kitchen was shared, but cozy with all equipment necessary for our need. The breakfast was served in a very nice cafe across the street. The owner gave us advice on what to see and was very helpful. nothing to say here :-)

The property was very central, within easy reach of the cathedral. Breakfast was taken at a bar across the road. The room faced the main road, so there was the usual early morning noise. Still, I slept well. The owner was friendly and helpful.

I was almost overwhelmed by the size of the room! Addtiotionally by the design and overall interior. Absolute price-performance-winner this one on my 2 weeks trip through Italy. Wish I'd stay longer than one night only. Also the common area is super pretty and it certainly has a nice vibe to it that makes you feel home and relaxed. Though it was right next to a big road I was surprised how calm it was during the night. Nothing to complain.

A very comfortable stay in a great location. Easy to find & access & great communication from the host. A voucher was provided for the breakfast in a cafe just up the road. Love a place that has a kettle! And here there were biscuits as well. Great value & would stay again.

This overnight stop in Messina was a highlight in our trip. Took the ferry from Reggio Calabria, 20 minutes on ferry. B&B is in the heart of Messina. View from our balcony of Church, shops,etc. Was busy and slightly noisy but doors shut out noise at night. Room was lovely, comfy bed, complimentary wine, soaps, teas. The grandeur of this old building was amazing. Host was very accommodating. Breakfast was at a local Cafe. Caffe/cornetto standard . They do serve locals first at this busy Cafe. Be prepared. Location is perfect, it is in the center and it is possible to walk everywhere you need. Nearby a lot of coffee cafes and a lot other restaurants, bakeries. Property is very clean, cozy, interesting design and shared kitchen, where you can have a coffee, tea. Everything is just like on the pictures. And a lot thanks to Adriana who was very welcome and always in touch, helping to arrange transport, and give a help with directions.

The only thing that could have been better for us was that a credit card payment wasn't possible. Only cash or bank transfer.

Rooms were stunningly clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was very good and we had coffees made for us. The lift was an added bonus as we had heavy luggage. We felt very safe and secure during our stay The room near the reception had to listen to all the conversations with staff and guests as people came and went.

A real perfect room in the main street of Messina with the kind Adriana.
