It was not possible to regulate hot or cold water in the shower consistently, it seemed to be an issue with the whole building as other guests had similar complaints. The rooms were a bit dated but very large and spacious.

Very clean, good breakfast, well equipped, very calm staff not enough educated for the claimed level, quite expensive for "self service".

Breakfast was great, location was central to town but out of the way so it was not crowded. The parking situation in the area the hotel is is pretty brutal.

A great accommodation for our stay in Merano. We enjoyed using the underground parking garage, which was even suitable for our large car. Very friendly staff, good breakfast in this great accommodation. We would come back again!

The free breakfast was the best we had on our whole trip! It was a bit of a walk to the town center, but it was good to walk! There was a pool table which was a hit for our grandkids! Very nice staff! Maybe that the view from our room was a construction site.

Breakfast was good. The location was great as it was quiet but only 20 minutes walk from the centre of town. It would have been better if there had been a restaurant on sight. Free parking places were few so we paid for the car park which we felt should have been free as we were there for 3 nights.
