מיקום טוב, נראה שקרוב להכל במרכז העיר, קרוב גם לספא תרמה של מראנו ארוחת בוקר טוב כולל קפה ועיצוב רטרו נחמד עניין אחד היה נושא של השירות והחניה, הצוות לא סס לסייע יותר מידי, הדגשנו מראש שאנחנו צריכים חניה, החניה של המלון נמצאת כ- 100 מטר מהמלון בחניון תת קרקעי, פשוט קיבלנו מפתח בקבלה ושלחו אותנו לבד לחפש את החניה. בכביקשו ביום למחרת שמישהו יגיע איתנו לחניה כשאנחנו עוזבים לקחת רק את המפתח נענו שזה לא אפשרי כי אין מספיק צוות. נאלצנו לחזור את המרחק ולהחזיר את המפתח, עיכב לנו את היציאה. ביחס למחיר היקר התמורה לא בהתאם

I asked for a kettle for hot water. It was delivered to me but the man from the night shift explained to me that I had to pay extra for the tea and the cup…. ,,the young staff during the day were not experienced yet and did not know,, …. the young girl from the reception took care of it in the morning… she is a wonderful person! ☺️ Thank You ?

Excellent breakfast. Spacious room. Super location. Spa kit available. Helpful reception staff. It would have been good to know about the spa access and guest pass ahead of time.

The location is great - right in the the heart of the city. The infrastructure and the common spaces of the hotel were very well maintained, clean and very well decorated. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially Sabrina and Vladimir (special regards to them)! Breakfast and lobby bar extremely well organized! Room was clean! We have special recommendations regarding how the room was organized! For its category and price range the room was missing many important elements like: complimentary still water (standard in any normal hotel nowadays), coffee machine and tea kettle, slippers, shoeshine, shoehorn. The mini bar had only 2 bottles of water and 2 bottles of apple juice.

They kindly let me check in early despite I booked the room last minute. Excellent location as this hotel is located at the center of the town close to shops etc. Hotel staffs super friendly and helpful, especially thanks to Katarina who helped me arranging the taxi etc and to a gentleman at the reception who checked me in early despite it was very early of the day—very kind! Loved that the hotel had its own restaurant, cafe and bar so I could eat and drink very conveniently! A bit noisy as my room was right next to some kind of meeting room where people stayed there late talking loudly. However, the hotel corrected immediately as soon as I complained about it.
