Nice location, secure, and very stylish. The bathroom was very clean overall, but they should work on getting a rough and discoloration out of the tub at the drainage site

The rooms were spacious, and the bed was relatively comfortable. The receptionist was friendly. The floor was absolutely filthy — disgusting. There was a strong smell of dog food around the bed, and there was also a bad smell coming from the air conditioning, so we had to turn it off. It also seemed like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a while

The inside pool and the hot tub. The lady worker made us feel so unwelcome. She said if we had more than 4 people in the pool that security would escort us off the property. Later we met a lady that had 10 kids in the pool and she was never put out. The lady was so rude. Maybe even racist. Will never go there again.

Check in was horrible a experience, had to pay for a nasty breakfast. Would never stay here again.

Staff was extremely helpful. Everything was electronic, including the the key lock.

Shower in our room did not work. Someone threw up in the elevator, which was the only working elevator.
