The rooms were clean but house keeping didn’t come around to make offer clean linen or towels during my stay. I was told I couldn’t have any visitors come to my room.

Pretty sad this is a motel. I thought they were to be open 24/7 but this one only had certain hours. They were closed when we got there and I wasn't staying the night, so we left.

There was roches and the ac had mold and they didn’t want to give me my refund horrible costumer service

N/A I didn’t stay at the property every time I booked a room.. when we arrived the said they were sold out.. they didn’t have any rooms available so I had to find somewhere else to go.

They cancelled my reservation and I had to rebook in order not to pay more money.

Friendly staff and a great location near my family. The toilet was running water and the stove didn't work when I moved in. I reported it and the maintenance didn't come until Thursday to fix the toilet and the stove never got repaired.

Room needs touch up maintenance work

The lady that checked us in was friendly and she greeted us with a smile . Housekeeping did not come and check on us not one time the whole time we was there. We did not receive fresh towels or tissue. I was glad that I brought my own items. The room was half cleaned.

The tv was ok that's literally it ... First off I booked a Saturday to Saturday stay they somehow finessed that into well you actually have to checkout the Friday before so essentially they took one day away from me I've never seen that done that way ..Then the front desk lady lied once I arrived she said the studio room i booked on booking. Com they were out of them so I had to upgrade to bigger room and pay a 50 dollar deposit only to get to the room and it was a studio room no ket our couch jus very small room actually literally jus a studio she flat out lied jus to secure a deposit because obviously they have a lot of damage to rooms like mines very terrible smoking smell I killed several roaches all night the wifi didn't work the entire week I stayed then I checked out the told me it'll be 3 to 5 buiesness days jus to get my refund that was bs I'll never in my life go bac there

The front door clerk very disrespectful... Very disrespectful she was talking about people pulling up when I came in. I ask her what her name she said don't work about it.. Call me (Nobody) ...I come back to get key cause I lock it up in my room... She said you can pay for a extra keys. I would recommend nobody to stay here from out of town. Put me in a room that need a few things fix. She lied like someone we coming...7 days. No one came no one says anything.. This hotel is full of shit. Hotel front deck clerk charge me less then the app so where the other money go.. And her attitude is nasty with her bbbb asss. Everything i didn't like front deck clerk first.
