room was clean, but on one day could not get the service, as we left the room late in the moring parking was good and team very friendly but cost expensive

The Canopy Hotel is my favorite place to stay in Memphis. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The valet team is exceptional—friendly, professional, and consistently provides outstanding service. Every stay has been a great experience, and I am always pleased with the level of hospitality I receive. I highly recommend the Canopy Hotel to anyone visiting Memphis.

Exceptional service at every interaction. Nice modern room, comfy bed, good amenities. Good location to walk to and from, and easy to drive in and out of. Barn door bathroom, leaky shower door, no bathroom fan, tiny fridge.

Modern, beautiful hotel. Staff very nice. Rooms spotless, great AC, beautiful black and white swirl standup shower with handheld or fixed shower head. The king size bed was like sleeping on a.cloud. Black out curtains and a very large modern TV with great selection of channels. The only small negative is that it’s in downtown Memphis and sirens and EMS vehicles can be heard at night since the rooms face the street. But once asleep I could not hear a thing. The bar is spacious and breakfast was delicious. Gourmet prepared breakfast lunch and dinner. My friend had the pork chops for dinner which he said were very tender. I had the steak and eggs for breakfast and also amazing. The pickup area for a Lyft to the airport was seamless. I would definitely stay there again.

We truly enjoyed our stay! From the valet team to house keepers to the front desk staff everyone was respectful nice and answered any questions we had. I would like to mention Shelita and Jermaine who work at the front desk they were amazing! They greeted us no matter the time, they help explained process and were extremely nice! They help to make my husband and I stay better.

This is a first-rate property. Excellent downtown location with a friendly staff. We will stay here again the next time we are in Memphis

I like that the staff were very accommodating! The room was really clean and the bed was so comfortable I didn't like that the air conditioner wasn't cutting on for a while even after i adjusted it. I woke up at 3 am sweating and after adjusting it finally started working but it was several hours later

Everything, great location, clean, it was a very nice place to stay The a/c could be cooler, it would only go down to 72, would be nice to go a little lower I was hot all night

The room was very comfortable and it was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. I have no complaints about the property.

Immaculate! Just amazing!! My entire experience was beautiful! The rooms, the bar, the staff the atmosphere and our feeling of safety! Loved it.
