It was my brother and my second visit for our annual brothers weekend. We enjoyed the first visit in 2025 and thought easy lets stay again in 2026. I had two nights on this booking before my big brothers booking for both of us. I had room service one night and had Buttered Chicken I requested medium hot and it was fantastic. The second night I entertained two friends at the restaurant, the steaks and sides were again fantastic. The hotel has a few staff that really are genuine, fun, yet professional people, but all staff were great. One lady in the restaurant I think she is already a senior member of staff should be promoted to Hotel Manager, unfortunately I do not have her name. Most likely best breakfast anywhere in the world. I knew the hotel does not have a pool before booking, I do enjoy a pool while away from home. In 2025 we had a suite and the bathroom had a bath this time we had standard rooms without a bath, I should have checked prior to booking.

Breakfast good quality. We went on tour early morning and Kitchen staff give us a lunch box and we just make sandwiches. Life savers. Clean and staff friendly. Room too small and not really strategically located. Typically Hilton hotel stiff & cold in terms of interior. Photo looks great than reality.

Good location to enjoy a Melbourne visit. We took the FREE Bourke St tram from the Southern Cross station to the Hilton. The property and staff were exceptional

Very nice and well placed. Clean. We got family rooms (actually two connected rooms ) and they provided bedding with unicorns and dinosaurs for kids. Very simple move, but so emotionally pleasant. All was good

Comfortable hotel in a good location. Easy walk to everywhere. Good breakfast in a nice dining area.

This hotel is great. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size and the bed is very comfortable. The room service was delicious and delivered very quickly. The TV wouldn't turn on but someone from reception came straight up to fix it.

The location the clean rooms the lobby and the feel of the place was so good you come off with a positive feeling staying there I didn’t like that my stay was short and I didn’t like that I had to depart haha can’t wait to go back
