Location, view from our room, service. It would be nice if there are some cutleries an small plates and complimetary champagne. As above

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a good location with restaurants and designer shopping precinct all within walking distance. Upon arriving at reception, there was a football function happening which was that loud we could not hear the staff at check-in. The room and package explanation was poor, with me having to confirm if breakfast was included as per my booking. The lifts were painfully slow throughout our entire stay.

The vanity unit was protruding into shower alcove with the shower glass cut around it. Not very smart fix - needs to be addressed before someone has a fall and hit their head.

Location is great. Tram stop outside, excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel rooms are on high floors, so no street noise. Rooms are excellent and bed so comfortable… slept sooo well. Housekeeping and concierge were superb. The food options were pretty ordinary. I wouldn’t recommend eating at the hotel, but so many amazing alternatives nearby.

Amazing, comfortable beds and bedding - always a great night's sleep at the Sofitel. The room was well maintained and the hotel's atrium bar has excellent food and drinks with great service. Location is second to none at the top of Collins Street, everything is walking distance! The rooms could do with better soundproofing - the noise from the bar at night travels through the hotel as all rooms face the central atrium. You could also hear others in neighbouring rooms engage in their various extracurricular activities...
