Location and easy to get to. Staff were wonderful from check in to the breakfast buffet and check out everyone was great The pillows were too big but if you like really big thick pillows you’ll like the hotel

Location and the room size and views from the room. We were on the executive floor which was very nice.

The executive lounge was disappointing. Coffee machine was broken and snacks during the day was non existent

Great position Light switches difficult to see Air con was set to 19c on arrival Had to QR code to use aircon No signs at brekky to say that you had to order eggs, omlets, coffee etc at reception

Close proximity to MCG. Good sized clean room It was a disabled room, which meant mirrors, switches & bed all lower & not as easy to acess ( for a tall persons)
