Clean, functional, working heating and AC. Good value. Doors constantly getting stuck, cannot cast to TV, more attentive to Make Room requests.

The room stunk. Musty very old. I assume the carpet has been there since first opened. Smelt like an old folks home. Cigarette burns on surfaces. Patchy walls where holes have been filled. Door chain lock broken, toilet roll holder hanging off the bracket. Curtains missing Pin Hooks. Was very disappointed. Lucky i had my own pillow and sherpa blanket or I would have slept in the car.

No water bottle in the fridge, room needs more airing out

Room was not clean and they didn't do service everyday . TV was not working .

No lift and but they put us on first floor but still stairs to climb. One member was recovering from hip surgery

Checkin went well, room was just OK for 1 night We tried to store small bag at the place and they wouldn't allow, also Reception wasn't open until 8.30am - a bit late?

We stayed the night as our house was being renovated. It was comfortable and functional. The place was very rundown and we had to climb two sets of stairs to our third floor room with our luggage.

close to office. booked using booking.com for an employee. upon check in, motor inn didnt charge the. card on the booking and instead wanted card payment on check in. Not convenient for businesses. booking travel for workers. Card put in booking.com for a reason but they didnt use it. Then the employee tells me the bed was not comfortable at all but put up with it for one night.

Location close to my destination Parking was hard... I finish my activities at midnight... Barely see anything in the car park
