We enters the room no. 125 and as soon I sat on the chair it broke and I hurt my back. I called the staff within 5-10 mins after entering the room and the guy apologized and said he can't do much. I slept and woke up with bad backache and due to see the doctor . After the chair broke and they said they can't do much, I realized the t.v was not working and then they told 20 mins to come back and tried to fix the t.v. it was a disastrous night and not looking to come back at this place again. Also charged $20 for parking which was tighter then u know what. Never again at this place.

The hotel is near to shops and trains and beaches, the staffs and service are awesome. They have wonderful selections of breads and spreads, an additional/different varieties on their weekday breakfast like eggs, bacon or cooked ham would be nice.

mixed clientel, interesting people checking in late at night.

Beds were really comfy Fridge froze items Stained lounge chairs No toaster or microwave Outdated furniture Strange build on room where outside area was Way way too much fragrance used throughout the facility which gave me headaches
-
The noise at 7.30am from bins being emptied, banging and bleeping sounds for 40 mins disrupted our sleep considering we had just arrived from a long flight from uk. So would suggest requesting a room not overlooking the back of hotel

Great location, friendly and helpful staff.

Room was ready and available to us when we arrived early without even asking, which meant we could have a nap after our overnight flight The floor tiles in the bathroom weren't flush with the carpet on entry, snubbed my toes multiple times. No signage outside hotel to advise of lift being in the gated car park.

The size of the room is excellent. There is a desk in the room and a sitting area. I arrived late for just a quick stay on a stopover in Melbourne. I booked the location because I had stayed there before. The checkin was quick and easy, but that was the only positive of the night. The room I was given was apparently the suite and felt like 15-20 years ago it was top-of-the-line. The paint was peeling and the carpet seemed like it needed to be replaced. But the worst part was that when I went to shower and use the bathroom the water was shutoff. I attempted to call reception because I was unclothed and the call didn't go through. The receptionist then called my phone, and was able to turn the water on. This would have been a pain anyway, but was especially frustrating at 2 AM.
