Wonderful staff, 1st impressions count & they delivered when we arrived with a beautiful smile & great communication , the room (studio with a view) clean & view is amazing specially at night, this will be our go to hotel moving forward What was not to like ??

The bed, pillows & the linen is luxurious. The apartment is large & comfortable with great views of the Yarra. Located a one minute walk to the tram on Spencer Street. The staff are all very helpful including the housekeeping staff. The restaurant Wood & Grill in the foyer was fabulous. We liked everything. Just one thing that could have improved the stay. There is a washing machine & dryer in the room but no detergent (this is the only thing we missed in the room)
