There is nothing I didn't like.

The location is what keeps me coming back. So close to Southern Cross and 24 hour front desk. Very handy for those late night arrivals. Basic and comfortable and very reasonably sized rooms, and always at a competitive price. nil

Pros: 1. Huge spacious room. 2. Great amenities - Gym, pool, sauna. 3. Mini bar area to prepare drinks and snacks. 4. Close to Docklands, CBD, restaurants, grocery store. 5. Close to public transportation. 6. Able to watch TV. 7. Spacious bathroom. 8. Professional receptionists. Cons: 1. Very spotty WIFI. 2. Can be noisy when the bathroom is turned on. 3. Standard TV programs. 4. Need better Iron board for 4 star hotel - ironing expensive clothing. 5. Gym and pool close too early at 9PM. 6. Breakfast isn't worth it. 7. Central temperature control - around 20 degree Celsius- a little warm in the room at times. 8. Soft and movable beds. 9. Room a bit dim.

The bed was comfortable I went in front reception was very in welcoming. Junkies across the road screaming all night at the bus stop Tried to cancel on compassionate grounds due to my circumstances of coming out of DV relationship and not feeling safe - which was denied, so I only stayed the one night and had to find more suitable accommodation. Room was not clean things stuck to the wall

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location and kids loved pool The fact my sleep was interrupted by a lady screaming and banging on walls then a man yelling An alarm that went on for a long period. When I called the desk was told they were coming to check. Apartment had no lounge

The water tastes funny ?♂️suggest using bottled water for kettle ?, also wish the parking wasn’t $25 a day, but the location evens it out.
