Clarion Pointe Medford

Easy parking and easy access to other amenities within walking distance. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but I would definitely stay here again.

The hot tub was perfect and the breakfast was delicious with good coffee.

Hot tub was hot and clean. Breakfast and coffee was above expectations, and clean well kept rooms

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. It looks safe to park since it's away from the busy areas. The staffs are very helpful and jolly. Only downside of the hotel is the dining area, there's not much tables and chairs.

Nice hotel room loved the wallpaper image. Pool and spa was decent. Breakfast wasn't very great taste-wise, but the lady running it was super friendly. Bit of homeless outside but kept to themselves.

1st room they checked me into wasn't cleaned...at all. Second room was clean, but the duvet cover was ripped, and the blackout curtains had holes in the the size of quarters . Clarion used to have some prestige, some class. At least this one I stayed had had let itself go. Will Not be my choice next time.

Close to where I wanted to be Spider bites dripping water other guest loudly in the hall was kept up by a crying baby they were walking in the hall then woken up at 5 am by a few people who just stood in the hall talking loudly , floor was sticky

Very satisfied with our stay at Clarion Pointe in Medford Oregon. Friendly staff and helpful when needed anything. This was our second time to stay there and will stay there again.

The breakfast was good and then the dining area was very clean Maybe if you had some hot oatmeal

The confortor on the bed had holes in it where your head goes the elevator was slow

Maids were very helpful, and everything was very clean. And very much in order

Disadvantages or things that need improvement: The breakfast needs updated. During our 3 days there was no yogurt, the sausage option is overcooked and the breakfast staff although nice, was impatient and was rushing everyone out long before advertised breakfast hours were over. It felt very unwelcoming and instead of enjoying our breakfast it felt we needed to leave. There were no towels 2 days we asked for more. They may need to invest in more as a site so this isn’t happening during high traffic times. The property seemed to have a high traffic of homeless (addicts) Almost every time we came and went they were either out front or trying to book rooms with cash etc. One of our mornings the manager scolded a Women for taking too much breakfast and feeding people whom were not staying at the property.
