The staff were friendly. The hotel felt safe. The beds and pillows were too hard. There was a stove, but NO kitchenware, such as NO, pots and pans, no cups, spoons, plates, etc. The air conditioner was very cold, which was good, but the blanket was too fine. No variation in the breakfast (very poor).

This property was looking nice and everything on the pictures, but when I reached at the hotel rooms I was disappointed! I had to sing a contract that if I damaged one thing of the rooms I will have to pay 100k CP! But reaching in the rooms was a desaster! The beds are uncomfortable hard! The walls are dirty! And the only thing I was pleased with was the breakfast ladies, whom was very nice to us and gave a great service without any options… I didn’t like the way I was treated since I had to sleep 3 nights without air conditioning! Went many times to the front desk, they’ve sent someone to take a look but never came back to fix it! I am disappointed that this property is ready to charge you for anything but wasn’t capable to fix or just move me and my family to another room!

Near to Floresta metro station. Some of the staff are nice. The balcony is nice. I raised concerns about the room and was moved (had to wait for many hours with my bags in reception) but to another unsuitable room. Many locks do not work (safe, balcony, room door). Bed covers and towels are stained. Very little hot water. Electrical sockets burnt. Road noise and the noise from reception throughout the night is very loud.

Pre-check in communication was good. Breakfast was better than expected given the reviews! Handy for the Metro. AC worked well and the room had a very cold and quiet fridge. Good location on outskirts of Laureles district, not far to walk. Lots of traffic noise despite being on a side street. Also noise from inside the hotel such as loud telephone ringing and various voices. Also we were told we had to pay a fine for smoking on the balcony even though there was no notice about this (we didn't pay).
