Zero maintenance the windows are falling out of the rooms the elevator was out of service the door to the pool was stuck shut and the solution was a closed sign the curtains didn't close because the hardware was laying on the air conditioner. Worst stay ever.

The elevator was broken and has been broken for 3 weeks stayed on second floor. Other than that room and staff were excellent with great customer service

Elevator wasn't working and shower drain was slow. But overall a good experience

Location, breakfast, coffee and water in lobby, staff is nice.

The room was clean and staff was nice but the elevator was not working 4 days, paint was peeling and the furniture had holes in it, needed to be replaced. Not what I was expecting

They also appear to be cutting corners on maintenance. There are many details that lead us to believe they are deferring maintenance. For example, there have been significant HVAC issues in the rooms the last two times. One time, there was no heat. And this past weekend, the AC worked, but was uncontrollable as if the thermostat was not working. Metallic details in the bathrooms are starting to rust. And the rooms aren't as clean as they had been. Unfortunately, the next time my mom visits, I'll be putting her up in a different hotel as it seems this one can no longer be trusted. Again, this does not appear to be the employees' fault but rather the result of management's overall handling of the property. Disappointing.

Breakfast! Friendly. Lobby area very clean and modern. Elevator was broken. Employee said for couple weeks. Initially they were going to put us on 3rd floor but lowered to second floor. You could see the ware and tear on the room.

Elevator out service. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was mid.! Doors sticked.

This hotel has not had any maintenance done for years and years. The closet doors were off the tracks or non-existent. The carpets were filthy and stained. The bathroom was not clean with peeling paint. The sheets and pillowcases were pilled from having been washed so many times. The elevator was broken, so we got to see the filthy stairway carpets every time we hauled us and our belongings up or down the stairs. I have no idea why this hotel has the relatively high rating it currently does. It was shockingly bad.

Room was clean, the location is great for what I was doing, the breakfast was ok The elevator was not working when I got there and was not fixed during the length of my stay, this could be a serious problem for some people. Not the hotels fault but was pretty noisy the first night.

The clerk at the desk could have at least mentioned it at check in. I didn’t have a clue until I went to go to my 3rd floor room.

The only issue with the hotel on this trip was the elevator was out of order. Other than that is is my choice of Hotel when I come up to PA.
