Quality Inn near Mountain Creek

Good location, proximity to Mountain Creek, Highpoint Regional HS. Mattress was very hard and not comfortable. Breakfast area was cramped. Waffle batter, juice were only half filled. The coffee was a bit sludgy.

This property the breakfast came very late, and my daughter had to go without breakfast to the exam center. Secondly, the beds were only twin bed instead of queen bed. Hence, the experience was not that good. Moreover, there was no staff present in the morning that we can complain as well.

Location was close to Mountain Creek Waterpark It would have been great if there was an employee on site to check in. The employee pulled up 20 minutes after we arrived to check in around 6:30pm

Exceptional

Comfortable beds. 1. Hotel tried to charge a higher rate than rate when booked. They did correct this 2. Sink didn't drain well. No one at desk to report it to. 3. Breakfast only so-so. But waffle was good. 4. No one at front desk for check out

There was a weird odor all throughout the first floor hall. The shower was moldy and had bugs on the ceiling.

Friendly staff

They did some painting but that's about it The elevator sounds like it's about to plummet. It smelled musty in the hallways, and the shower in our room was disgustingly dirty and barely worked.

Tried to check in. No one was at desk. Worker came out put me on phone with someone else was told room wasn’t ready. Came back later was given a room with black mold growing on ceiling. Went to desk to complain and get another room was given a different room. This new room had stained sheets. Gross!!!! Went back to desk and canceled stay

The staff was very helpful and courteous. They went out of their way for their customers. The bathroom was perfectly clean and there were ample towels available. The elevator was not functioning properly. It was scary because it bucked and made noise. I used the staircase after that as did many other people staying there. The hotel was run down and carpet was worn and looked dirty. The door lock security features were loose and antiquated.

Breakfast was very good. You had a variety of different food. We were a little late for breakfast and the staff was very nice to keep the food out for us

There were people in the parking lot playing loud music and seemingly partying til after midnight. Then they were on my floor in and out of their rooms slamming doors until after 1 am. At 4 in the morning someone in the hall yelled who the f&ck do u think u are. This was very disturbing and someone should have put a stop to the disruption

The bathroom shower leaked, the tv did not work, and the room had a musty, damp smell to it.
