The only drawback was the room next to ours had a couple of dogs and would not stop barking. Other than that, it was comfy and close to a shopping mall.

The breakfast was awful. The oatmeal was one hard lump. The yougurt machine didn’t work. The eggs were lukewarm. There was only decaf tea. And one coffee pot was empty. The kid filling things up was not worried about any of this. Your hotel usually has a great breakfast. Not today!

Tru Hotels are our favorite! Always a great experience!!

The entire building was unbelievably clean. Not sure if it was new or they have a tremendous cleaning team. Employees I dealt with were super friendly and very helpful. My room was just as clean as the rest of the grounds. Would stay at a Tru everywhere I go if I have the chance. Book it, you won't regret it!

My go-to Martinsburg stop.

Breakfast was somewhat of a disappointment. The food was average but in short supply. Refills were slow in coming. I ended up with a smallish breakfast. The lobby has snacks and drinks, including beer and wine. Several restaurants are nearby. The hotel is modern, clean, has a gym, and a laundry room. I highly recommend it.

Rooms were very clean. Everything worked as it should. Would stay there again. Friendly front desk.

Easy to find, extremely friendly and welcoming staff, clean rooms, amazing water pressure in the shower, nice options in the gym - loved everything!

Hotel was wonderful. Wish that there were more breakfast options and pet fee was lower. Overall great experience.

Great room setup!

They were very clean and nice staff, they had a great patio outside for smoking with friendly kittens running around outside. I liked everything.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of items that were tasty. The room was spacious and the decor was cheerful.

The only suggestion I have is to make sure the pantry area in the lobby is better stocked.

Also, upon check in late in the evening, An employee was sitting at a large table in the lobby. The table was covered with hotel laundry (assuming it was clean). The employee was sitting and folding the laundry. Again, just not a great look for the hotel. Not professional. I had no interaction with this employee, just observation. Otherwise, a great stay!
