Very good clean hotel, comfortable bed, lovely staff

The location was quite good—close to the beach and not far from the city center. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was absolutely terrible. When I checked in, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, and no one removed them during my entire five-day stay. There was also spilled soy sauce on the chair, which was never cleaned. I honestly do not know what the housekeeping staff were doing in my room. Even worse, the toilet had clearly not been cleaned before I checked in. Fortunately, I had my own sanitizer and cleaned it myself, as there were visible signs that someone had used it. There were also strange stains in the bathtub that were never removed. The room had no refrigerator or kettle, and no tea or coffee was provided. In hot weather, having a refrigerator to keep water cold is very important. Overall, the housekeeping was extremely poor and unacceptable.

The staff were absolutely great: very welcoming, friendly and always available to help. The hotel is also well located, close to the Vélodrome, with several restaurants nearby and the beaches fairly easy to reach. The main downside was the comfort of the room. The single bed was really narrow, which became quite uncomfortable over several nights. The water pressure in the bathroom was also quite low and, at times, the water was not really hot even with the temperature set to maximum. There was also no phone in the room to contact reception, so we had to go downstairs whenever we needed something. Finally, the door to our room was sometimes difficult to close properly, so we had to make sure it was fully locked before leaving.

Good check-in experience, nice staff, good location and satisfying breakfast. Bed were comfortable and overall the rooms were clean. I recommend this hotel, very close to a metro station. Nothing in particular, everything was satisfactory. Not a loot of space in the room, but it was according to the description, so nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel was fantastic and so near to everything as my cab driver broke it down where everything was and very comfy beds.

location near metro was perfect , staff: nice, smiling & helpful, great breakfast, quiet at night. Parking near the hotel Cute decorations. the bed was very inconfortable - so hard to sleep on it. The room was not clean at all - pillow, beddings and bathroom was not ok for an hotel. I had to clean the shower myself and we could smell the humidity. no mini fridge in the room to put at least a bottle of water or a drink cold for the night. not enough pillows - very poor quality. For the price I was expecting much better. Disappointed and would not go again.
