We really enjoyed our stay in this little hotel. It’s in a great location and so everything we wanted to see in Marseille was in walking distance! The hotel has a beautiful, old staircase (no elevator) and the staff is extremely nice and welcoming. We’ll be back!

front desk staff was nice and helpful in a sketchy part of town, run down hotel, key to door didnt work, soap dispensers in bathroom didnt work, internet wouldnt stay on so TV didnt work.

The hotel was so cute, my room had a great view out the little balcony of the top of the cathedral. The staff was great, especially Omar- he was so helpful and even let me borrow a plug converter and gave me good suggestions for dinner. Breakfast was perfect in the garden patio. This was my first time traveling alone and it was a great experience. The stairs were tricky with luggage and no elevator, but I knew this ahead of time.

There was an undisclosed issue with the room I booked, so I was upgraded to a much larger space. The space was well-appointed, quiet, and pretty.

The staff at Le Ryad were all wonderful, easy to communicate with, helpful, kind, patient and informative. The room had everything I needed, it was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was just off the main road, near the university, just a short walk down to the port.

Really had an enjoyable stay the staff was great. It’s a great deal for marsielle where I found most of the places to be pretty expensive. Definitely no-frills. Great for low budget basically. I look forward to coming back. I really liked the staff. I thought they were what made this a cozy environment.

Close to everything - metro just around the corner. The staff here are incredible - they are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast each day was wonderful. Would stay here again!! Room was enormous!!
