Location Massive construction with noise all day long. Neither the property nor booking.com informed us about the ongoing construction at the hotel, which is unethical. This is not only light renovation, it s a complete expansion of the hotel.

Bel et grand hôtel, excellent accueil, excellente communication, service irréprochable, petit déjeuner très complet et bon. Piscines, salle de gym, restaurants, bars. L’hôtel est en travaux, donc la vue est moins jolie mais le bruit des travaux ne dérange pas plus que ça. Ma suite privilège a eu un problème de Clim, celle-ci a coulé mais le personnel a réglé cela dans l’heure qui suivait. Une porte fenêtre donnant sur une terrasse commune ne fermait pas, le personnel est intervenu également dans l’heure. Et enfin les contours de portes fenêtres étaient sales, le ménage approfondi a été fait dès que je l’ai signalé.

Location Staff were rude and careless.

I loved the décor, which beautifully reflects Moroccan culture. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Please do something about the towels, that’s the only complaint I have. Towels were old, ripped and smelly.

The room was lovely and spacious with ample storage. The pool was incredible with plenty of space for everyone. Reception area was vast with lots of seating to sit and relax out of the sun. Lots of areas we didn't explore including some of the bars and spa etc. Restaurants were lovely. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful especially Zouhair the gentleman on reception who advised us on things to eat & places to visit whilst we were there. Super impressed. Will definitely be back with my family. Works were going on but these were kept to a minimum and can only improve what is a fabulous hotel. Didn't affect us.

Our stay at Savoy Le Grand Hotel Marrakech was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending Moroccan elegance with modern luxury. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and extremely comfortable, while the pools, gardens, and public areas were maintained to the highest standards. The breakfast offered an outstanding variety with excellent quality, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently warm, attentive, and professional. The location is perfect, just minutes from the Medina while offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding leadership of Mr. Sherif Mohamed, the Hotel Director. His visible presence, professionalism, and sincere care for every guest create a culture of excellence throughout the hotel. He leads by example, ensuring that every detail is perfect and every guest feels valued. It is rare to meet a hotel director who is so approachable, passionate, and dedicated to delivering world-class hospitality. His commitment is reflected in every member of his team, making Savoy Le Grand one of the finest hotels in Morocco. Absolutely nothing. Our stay was perfect in every way, and we genuinely could not find a single aspect that needed improvement. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we loved every moment of our stay.

There were several pools, all of which were clean, well maintained, and felt very safe. Our room was spotless, and the service throughout our stay was exceptionally professional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and Chef Mostafa was especially helpful and attentive. A special thank you to Imad at reception, whose professionalism and warm hospitality were a major reason our stay was so enjoyable. We also greatly appreciated Sherief, who ensured that everything ran smoothly and made our stay completely stress-free. Lovely pool, really comfortable bed, great Morocon wine selection. Constant repairs, poor breakfast, children unsupervised. Expensive and underwhelming massage.

Hotel manager Mr Sherif given an excellent customer service which has no words .Its very nice location to stay , excellent room Service and food

I liked everything - there were no complaints at all.

Lamia was amazing at the reception, she had a very kind attitude. I'd also like to point out one of the janitors was very helpful in keeping the room very clean. N/A
