The hotel has a good location, good swimming pools, staff are very friendly. Housekeepers are so nice and helpful specially Lamiaa. The food was good, but there aren’t a lot of choices. Some dishes are repeated each day.

I liked the Entertainment and the energy of the staff and the restaurant staff as well overall it was a good experience and I would love to revisit this hotel if they improve their food choices not that the food was bad only I was hoping for a vast choice of food and I found that the bed was really comfortable Personally I found that the general pool was quite dirty and caused my eczema to flare up and the bathroom was really small and poorly ventilated and personally I would love to have bidet in the bathroom

Good short escape i had an amazing day in this hotel the entertainments were amazing the staff were very friendly and also the beautiful voice that I won’t forget the singer nawar who made out stay more beautiful thanks to everyone ❤️

The main pool area was nice and the entertainment staff were good fun. We only stayed for one night as a bonus for our daughter after staying in the Medina for the earlier part of the trip. Check in was all a bit crazy then we hardly saw anyone at reception after that! We had 10 mins to eat lunch as the kitchen closed and the water park was a bit run down.

Breakfast and location was good I booked a twin room for 2 adults and 1 child. I got given a double bed. I went down and told them this was not acceptable. I got changed to a bedroom with 2 single beds. Very uncomfortable for 3 people. Room had alot of defects such as AC not working, bathroom fan not working, bathroom shelf loose off wall, windows did not lock. Room also did not have no iron or kettle.

The room was cute with a nice windo area and a nice shower and the breakfast was good. The location next to the Palais de Congres was extremely convenient and there are plenty of places nearby to eat. It is walking distance from the medina. It was very noisy with loudspeaker events at the hotel well into the evenings, even past 11 pm. If you need to sleep for busy days this is not your hotel. There were minor but obvious maintenance issues in the room that did not detract from the stay but suggest a lack of attention to detail.
