There is nothing negative to say about our stay, the whole place is immaculate inside and out, staff was very helpful. I absolutely recommend if going to Marco Island and want a reasonable price stop here

It’s close to the beach and the lake view

We had a great stay here and it was great price! 5 minute walk to the Snook Inn for some great live music + food! And cute shops right around the corner. The dock is also a fun place to chill at night!

The Boat House is really a gem from the past. It is an old style hotel/motel but completely restored and well maintained. Most of all, you can tell that it is loved with the many little touches that are present inside and outside. We recommend it highly!

The property was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything Marco Island has to offer. We had no issues during our stay, including receiving packages, and everything was well organized. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. The only minor issue was that the bed frame was a little noisy, probably because a few screws seemed slightly loose. It wasn’t a major problem, but tightening it would make the stay absolutely perfect.

Quiet location! Very clean rooms with plenty of space. Easy fast check-in. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff was excellent. Would highly recommend.

I only have one complaint, my sleeping pillow was extremely hard, other than that everything was great! The room was very clean and the the staff was very friendly.
