Close to good restaurants and Robinson mall. The staff is professional at all times. This is what keeps me coming back as their charm and pride in their work stands out to me. I wanted to pay in cash when I arrived knowing rooms were available but was told the higher end rooms were only available so I placed a reservation online and then the room I wanted became available. It was uncomfortable for the concierge and myself moving forward with the request but they still kept professional.

It's not that I don't like it but I just have a suggestion. There was an empty space beside my bed to the window. It would have been beautiful if there was a couch there to sit and chill when you get bored of laying in bed. (See uploaded pictures for reference) Overall, my stay was great and will keep coming back.

The staffs are nice and helpful. The room is really dirty. A lot of molds on the wall and bathroom. You can smell the molds when you go in. The aircon is super dirty and leaking. Behind the toilet when you flush, it's always leaking.

Breakfast was good. Location was great, Robinson Mall within walking distance! AC was leaking, TV programs were not HD. Could add another chair for My spouse!

The bed was nice, the space in the room was perfect, coffee shop and salon located in the lobby including travel and massage. Very quiet so you did not have to hear nightlife noise. The bidet nozzle had mold on it, no fridge, the room service was not very good but the front desk more than made up for it. Biggest thing was the bathroom not being clean because of the mold on the bidet and some parts of the tiles. Recommend Coca Cola and baking soda to remove the mold.

Close to Robinson mall, big and clean room, good food in room service, staff always friendly.

Just because is close to Robinson Place!! I don’t recommend this property for all travelers. It’s situated in an area where during rain all have to swim, no way can anyone walk. Nothing is closed to it such as Grocery stores: like 7-eleven. Nor restaurants for international. All local foods only. Trust me when raining u can’t walk even one meter. Plus the hotel would ask you to deposit 2000p even ur paid the room rate. Very hard to convince reception staff to wave that deposit. Truly, nothing worth to mention about this poor management staff.

The area was easilly get flooded if theres a heavy rain.

Very Very helpful staff Bathtub in my room would have been a plus

Warning! Warning! The front lobby staff collects security deposits in cash. They work hard manufacturing ways to keep that security deposit. A wet towel or some other minor issue results in damage claims equal to the security deposit.

The elevator in the building was 7th slow and often very busy

the staff are very helpful, hospitable, friendly & reliable. the hotel hallways needs a sprucing up. maybe changing the wall color. needs more live plants & fresh flower arrangements.the 7th floor where we ate needs more natural lighting. Aside from that the foods are very good & Ding make as feel we’re at home.

the front desk staff are very accommodating, polite & very helpful. the facilities are spotless

bed - comfortable. Aircon Toilet is too small , no signage where /how hot water can be used. Location is far from restaurants or any food establishments. Pricey for an accomodation that asks for a 2,000 pesos holding fee prior to check in. Breakfast is not even included in price as well as parking - 150peso charged per vehicle/day

No ref, doesnt serve proper coffee. But I guess that is how it is with 2-3 star hotels
