Nothing about this place was good. The pictures are misleading. Prostitutes or Doll Girls wait outside. Very close to the slums and not safe to walk around. Room made us start itching within minutes.

Good location, walking distance to near Roxas Blvd/Manila Bay and Rizal Park. Staff are helpful. Generous breakfast serving but they don't have a dining area. Breakfast is served in rooms. I hope they offered more for those checking-in in their Family room. It feels like it's costly already given its price.

The room was clean and the staff were polite and accommodating. The location was also good as it was near a lot of stores and restaurants. There was no wifi when I stayed there even though the booking included internet services. I was also not informed ahead of time of its unavailability upon the duration of my stay so it was kind of a bummer.

The area is accessible to places to eat and worship; and near to historical places without bursting your pockets. Though, I might be wrong, but there seems to be a lack of directional signs pointing to fire exits, but there is a pair of fire extinguishers down the corridor.

Great location—near the church and 7-Eleven, with the mall just a short walk away. The room is cozy, the staff are polite and accommodating, and cleanliness is well-maintained.
